Referral letters
Please email us a copy of your referral letter. We will do our best to triage and accommodate patients based on clinical urgency.
GP referrals are valid for 12 months and Specialist referrals are valid for 3 months.
Billing
We are a private practice and our Doctors have their own individual fee schedules. Please contact us to discuss fees for a particular doctor. Concession fees may be applied if you provide us a valid Pensioner concession or HCC card.
We do not provide Medicare bulk billed services for consultations. Neurophysiology tests are bulk billed only for patients referred by one of our neurologists.
What to bring to your initial consultation
A referral letter from your GP or specialist. (If you are being referred from the hospital, a discharge summary is not considered by Medicare to be a referral letter).
Any x-rays, CT or MRI scans that you may have had.
List of medications, or bring your tablets along.
If you need an interpreter, please bring one along with you or let us know when booking your appointment.
Your Medicare/DVA card in case it is required.
Your Pension or Health Care card if applicable.
