Our Practice

Specialist Neurology Services was founded by Dr Ivan Lorentz, Dr Paul Clouston, Dr Victor Fung in 1999 and is one of the oldest neurology practices in Western Sydney.

In the last 25 years, our practice has grown to include: 5 neurologists/2 neurophysiologists, 2 neurophysiology technicians, 3 injection therapy nurses, a practice manager and 4 secretaries who support patient care.

Currently our practice provides care for all adult neurological patients and conditions, with a particular interest in:

  • Parkinson disease and related disorders

  • Tremor, dystonia and other movement disorders

  • Peripheral neuropathy

  • Multiple sclerosis

  • Headaches and migraine

We offer PBS-approved injection therapies for movement disorders, headache and hyperhidrosis. Movement disorders treated include: dystonia (blepharospasm, cervical dystonia, writer’s cramp, musician’s dystonia), hemifacial spasm, tremor and spasticity, as well as headache and hyperhidrosis.

We offer deep brain stimulation adjustment and therapies for movement disorders (Medtronic and Abbott).

Our neurologists can also speak Cantonese, Korean, Mandarin and Tamil.
